Refund policy
**14-Day Returns Policy**
1. **Return Period:** Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for items purchased from our website.
2. **Condition of Items:** Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of any signs of wear or damage.
3. **Return Shipping:** Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we've made a shipping error.
4. **Initiating a Return:** To begin the return process, please email teams@broxaboxing.com. You'll need your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
5. **Refunds:** Once we've received and inspected the returned item, we'll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
6. **Exchanges:** If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
7. **Final Sale Items:** Any items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. **Faulty or Incorrect Items:** If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately with details of the product and the defect or error.
9. **Lost or Stolen Packages:** We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the address provided by the customer.
10. **Exceptions:** If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
